Welcome to Kreative kids enrollment procedure.
We accept children between the ages of six(6) weeks and four(4) years Pre Kindergarten and Kindergarten regardless of race, creed, color, sex, religious preferences, or disabilities.
A Registration fee of $50.00 per year per child is charged.
This fee is nonrefundable
An enrollment package must be completed by all parents before admission. Our enrollment package includes the following:
- Enrollment Application
- Parental Agreement
- Emergency Medical Authorization
- Tuition Agreement*
- Photo Release
- Curriculum
- Field Trips
- Menu
